Sunshine is Jen's eldest daughter and is in her 3rd year at Gustavus Adolphus College, studying to be an art teacher! She loves to draw, swing dance, crochet, watch anime, and take care of dogs. She is Jonas's favorite human.

Blake is Beckett's older brother (barely, they are less than a year and a half apart). He lives in Seattle, Washington with his lovely partner, Lucy, and their pretty angry cat, Peanut. He loves animals, music, traveling, and his people just as much as Beckett.

Maisy is in her 2nd year at College of St. Benedict studying Environmental Science, although she started this academic year with 4 months in Athens, Greece. Maisy is a talented artist and athlete. Her heart dog was Hootie, whom we lost this past year.

Anthony is Beckett's best guy friend in Minnesota, and Jen and Beckett's favorite third wheel. Beckett and Anthony first bonded over (and continue to bond over) coffee and video games. And folks ... he's single!

Milo is a freshman at Gustavus Adolphus College, possibly studying political science or pre-law. Milo likes watching football, reading political gossip, and playing (read: yelling at his) Xbox. His favorite dog is Wolfgang Amadeus Greyhound.

David is from Beckett's middle school era (iykyk) and is one of Beckett's oldest friends. They have remained best friends throughout their lives - at different colleges and now in different states. Most recently, Beckett stood next to David as he married Julia.

Poppy is a senior in high school where she plays in the symphonic, pep, marching, and jazz bands. She likes to read, play Nintendo Switch, and tell rather off-color jokes. Her favorite flying monkey (dog) is Salvador.

Kayla is one of Beckett's first Minnesota friends, and one of Jen's only friends, period! She is a loyal dog mom to a very cute westie named Max, avid theatre-goer, proud Swiftie, and steadfast friend. If you see her, say hi - she's super extroverted.

Zanners is Jen's youngest kid. This is the first wedding that she has attended! She's in 7th grade, does Taekwondo, plays drums in the school band and at School of Rock, and watches way too much anime. Her favorite dogs are Wolfie and Cowboy.

Most simply explained: Julia is David's wife. But she is so much more than that. Since Beckett and Julia met nearly a decade ago, they have been kindred souls and have grown just as close as Beckett and David (if not closer). Julia is the kind of friend you dream of having, and she planned a hell of a wedding last August.
